Your CRM provides you with the ability to specify your own deposit exception keywords and track any occurrences of such keywords in your merchants' memos.
If there is a merchant with a memo that matches a deposit exception term, the memo will appear on the Deposit Exception report.
To manage your Deposit Exception Keywords go to Manage > Administration > Processors > Memo Tracker Keywords.
Fill in the Add new keyword field with the word or term that should be monitored and click the Add button:
To edit an existing keyword click on the edit icon next to that keyword and update it.
To delete a keyword click on the delete icon for that keyword.
You can also change the order of your keywords by dragging and dropping each keyword into its new position on the list.
Note - In order for the Deposit Exceptions page to be accessible, you need to have the following data sources active on your site:
- First Data Canada
- First American
- Merchant Industry
- Merchant Industry FDR Omaha
- Access One
- Aurora API
