Your merchant's important contact numbers are shown on the Profile tab on the Merchant Details page:
You can add or update these contact numbers on the Contact Numbers Management page.
To open the page go to Manage > Administration > Processors > Contact Numbers:
To change the order of the contact numbers, simply drag and drop a number into its new position on the page.
To delete a number, click the red delete icon to the right of the Label for Email Template column.
To create a new contact, click the Add New Contact button. A new row will be added to your table where you can enter the new phone number (or email) and the contact name. You can also select the Data Source, the Associated User Group and the Label for Email Template:
By assigning an appropriate Data Source (e.g. First Data) to each contact you can ensure that only those contact numbers that match the merchant's platform will display on the merchant profile page.
The Associated User Group option is not used at this time. In the future, this option will be used to further filter contact numbers to match merchant or user group.
The Label for Email Template option allows you to select whether a contact number should appear as the default number for retrieval or chargeback emails for a specific Data Source.
