If the First Data File Gateway feed is not an option for your ISO, the AccessOne Reporting API can be used to retrieve merchant transactions, disputes, statements, and account info.

1. Complete and submit the AccessOne Reporting API form (download here) to your First Data CBE to enable reporting API access (if it's not already enabled).
2. Once the AccessOne API Access option is enabled, it will show when creating or editing an AccessOne login.
3. Go to Admin --> User Maint --> Manage Users, and either Edit or Create a new login.
4. In the General Access Functions section, there will be a checkbox for AccessOne API Access. Selecting it will fill in a password. Be sure to save the user if editing them to get the password.
5. Provide the API password and the user's Username to Merchant Central support and the connection will be set up.
