The Merchant Data Health report enables you to check on the health of the merchant data that's being pulled into the system from different data sources every day.
To access the report go to Manage > Administration > Processors > Batch Health.
On the Merchant Data Health page, you'll find four report tables as shown in the below image. To view reports for a different month or year, select that month and/or year using the drop-down menus on the top of the report and click Refresh:
The first table in the report displays the daily numbers of batches, transactions and pulled transactions for the Data Source(s) in the selected month/year:
To the right, another table shows the historical batch data for the same month in the previous year, including the batch data for the previous month:
By comparing the selected month's data with the historical data you can assess the health of your merchant data and take corrective measures if needed.
The next table shown on the Merchant Data Health page provides the monthly batch and transaction averages for the Data Source(s) in the selected month/year:
Next to that table, you'll also find the historical batch and transaction averages for the same month in the previous year and for the previous month:
Several cells in your reports may be shown in different colors which indicates that the value in that cell is below a certain threshold or that the number of transactions does not match the number of pulled transactions.
In order to see why a cell is shown in a different color, hover over the cell with your mouse and a tool-tip will appear showing the explanation for that particular cell value:
