Employees with similar phone responsibilities can be arranged into separate Dialer groups which are assigned a common incoming phone number and a customized outgoing voicemail message.

Create a Dialer Group
1. To create a new group, navigate to Manage > Administration > Dialer > Dialer User Settings and open the Manage Groups tab. In the top left corner of the tab enter the name of your new group and click Add New Group:
2. Your new group is now saved and you can use the action buttons to the right to delete the group or edit the group's settings:
You can also add a Waiting Queue Recording which will be played to the callers if all operators are busy. More info: Waiting Dialer Waiting Queue
Add or Remove Users from a Dialer Group
1. To add or remove users from a dialer group, navigate to Manage > Administration > Dialer > Dialer User Settings, open the Dialer User Settings tab, and click on the wrench icon for the desired user:
