To view your residuals reports click on the Residuals link in the menu bar:
The Residuals page is now shown as seen in the below image:
The page shows several reports including:
- Grand totals
- Summary view
- Line items
- One or more processor reports
Each report is displayed in its own tab on the Residuals page:
At the top of the Residuals page you'll find several buttons that let you:
- Manage residuals templates and splits,
- Import residuals reports
- Export residuals to Excel
- Filter the residuals reports by year, month, group, and user class
In addition to exporting all residual data, you can choose to:
- Export the data in a one-line format, or
- Export the data per agent.
If you select one of the per agent options, the system will generate a separate Excel file for each agent and bundle them into a ZIP archive, which you can then download.
When you click the Export button, a popup window appears allowing you to select the agents for whom you want to create Excel reports. If you’d like to send the reports directly to the agents, simply select their email addresses in the Email Report column.
Once your selections are complete, the export process begins, and the ZIP file becomes available for download.
If any agents were selected in the Email Report column, they’ll automatically receive an email with their respective Excel report attached. This message is sent using the Residuals Export per Agent system email template.
To filter your report click the Filters button on top, and then select and apply your filters:
Summary View
The Summary View tab displays the residuals grand totals and a group list view.
You can also filter the summary view by processor, view manager summaries, and export the reports:
Use the search box in the table report to find specific agents.
Next to the search box you'll find a gear icon which you can use to add or remove columns in the report:
To view the residuals data for a specific agent, simply click on the filter icon next to that person's name:
Click the Group List button to access the group view:
Line Items
The Line Items report is shown in two tables—one for Additions and the other for Deductions:
You can add a new line item right in the report by clicking the Add Line Item button:
If needed, you can also set up a repeating line item, by selecting the Schedule Repeating Item checkbox and filling in the scheduling options:
Processor Reports
The residuals page shows one report tab for each processor report that has been imported into your CRM.
Each tab shows the processor data in three sub-tabs including Summary, Details tab, and the Profitability tab. Here is an example of a processor report:
The eye icon next the the report name indicates that the report being viewed is published.
If needed, you can click on the eye icon to unpublish the report. To publish the report again, simply click the eye icon again:
To view the profitability report for a merchant click on the green dollar icon next the merchant's name:
Note: The red dot shown next to a merchant's name indicates that the merchant has been closed.
To view user splits for any merchant, hover your mouse over the user icon in the Users column:
The Details tab shows the raw data that had been imported.
You can use the buttons on top of the report to view the merchants whose DBA name begins with a selected letter or number:
Click on the Profitability tab to view profitability data for a processor:
