PCI Compliance Setup

First Data ISOs can use the CRM's ControlScan or Encytro integrations in order to board new merchants or remove closed accounts automatically.

The integrations also provide great reporting functionality and steer merchants to complete the PCI questionnaire.

The PCI Compliance status of your merchants will be updated every morning so that you have the latest information available.

As part of the integration process, the ISO's ControlScan or Encytro API login will need to be provided and saved in the CRM.

To add a new API login in the CRM, open the API Logins Management page from the administration menu (Merchants > PCI Compliance Setup).

Expand the ControlScan/Sysnet or the Encytro accordion (depending on which integration you're using) and click the Add New API Login button:

Enter the required information, click on the check-mark button in the Actions section, and your new login will be automatically validated.

If the validation is completed successfully your new login will be saved. Otherwise, a validation error message will be shown.
