The Insight Tiles on the Merchant Details page give you a bird's eye view of your merchant's performance:

The tiles can move automatically using the Auto Scroll Tiles option and you can also move them manually by clicking on the arrows at each end of the tile bar.

Here is a list of the tiles and the information they provide:

• Merchant Volume Ranking: The overall rank of merchant across all merchants that the user can see, based on the total processing volume in the current month. For example, for a sales rep with 100 merchants, the ranking will be based on that count. For a Merchant user with 5 accounts, the ranking will be based on that count.
• Avg Batch Amount: The average batch amount for the current month.
• Best Processing Day: The highest volume day for the current year.
• Last Processing Date: The last date a batch was settled.
• Total Transaction Volume: The total transaction volume in the period.
• Highest Volume Day: The highest volume day of the week, e.g. Tuesday. 
• Account Age: The age of the account and its approval date.
• Chargeback Ratio: Chargeback volume divided by the sales volume in the previous calendar month (or shifted by a month if date range is greater than a month). 
• Avg Transaction: The average transaction amount for the current month. 
• Next Event: The next task or appointment on the calendar for the lead linked to the merchant. 
• Profit: The profit on the account for the most recent month of Residuals. Cannot be shown to Merchant users.
• Average Deposit: The average deposit amount for the current month. Only displays if the merchant has deposit data in addition to batches.

The gear icon enables you to show or hide each tile by user class:

Note: the Profit and Next Event tiles are not available for the Merchant user class.
