To view all your merchants and run different reports on merchant data click on the My Merchants option in the menu bar:

The Viewing Merchants page now opens up as shown in the below image: 

The page displays the following three reports:

• Totals by Card Type
• Portfolio Breakdown
• List of All Merchants

Totals by Card Type Report

The Totals by Card Type report provides you with the total value and the total number of transactions for each card type: 

Portfolio Breakdown

The Portfolio Breakdown report provides a quick overview of the "Processing", "Not Processing", and "Closed" Merchants:

The "Processing" merchants are merchants who have a settled batch reported within the last 14 days.

The "Not Processing" merchants are merchants who do not have a settled batch reported within the last 14 days. 

The "Closed" merchants are merchants who have been reported as closed by the processor, are deactivated, or are not enabled for processor reporting services.

List of All Merchants

The merchant table report provides the basic information of your merchants, such as MID, datasource, DBA, and others:

The report table may be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking on any of the column names.

Clicking on a specific merchant in the report table opens the Merchant Details page for that merchant.

Use the options just above the report table to search for specific merchants, to change the columns that are displayed in the report (using the gear icon), or to export the current report to a CSV or Excel file:

Report Filtering

To filter your merchant report by a specific processor, data source, group, user, and/or a date range, click on the Merchant Filters button near the top of the page:

You can now select and apply the required filters:

You may also apply additional filters to your merchant report table by clicking on the toggle switches in the Totals by Card Type and the Portfolio Breakdown summary reports:

As you turn a toggle switch on or off, the merchant report table automatically shows or hides the merchants in that specific category.
