Overview
The My Merchants page provides a centralized view of your merchant portfolio, along with powerful reporting and filtering tools. From this page, you can analyze transaction activity by card type, monitor merchant processing status, and access detailed merchant data.
With built-in dashboards, customizable columns, and advanced filtering options, this feature helps you quickly identify trends, manage your portfolio more efficiently, and access the specific merchant insights you need.
Navigating to My Merchants Page
To view your merchants and access reporting tools, click My Merchants in the menu bar.
The My Merchants page includes the following dashboards:
- Totals by Card Type
- Portfolio Breakdown
- List of All Merchants
Totals by Card Type & Portfolio Breakdown
The Totals by Card Type dashboard displays the total transaction value and number of transactions for each card type.
The Portfolio Breakdown dashboard provides an overview of merchants grouped by status: Processing, Not Processing, and Closed.
- Processing merchants have a settled batch within the last 14 days.
- Not Processing merchants have no settled batch within the last 14 days.
- Closed merchants are reported as closed, deactivated, or not enabled for processor reporting.
Use the toggle switches in these dashboards to include or exclude specific card types or merchant statuses. The merchant table at the bottom of the page updates automatically based on your selections.
Merchant Table Report
The merchant table displays key details such as MID, DBA, volume, transactions, data source, and more.
You can sort the table in ascending or descending order by clicking any column name. Click any row to open the Merchant Details page.
Use the options above the table to:
- Search for merchants
- Add or remove report columns (gear icon)

Export data to CSV or Excel
Available columns include standard fields (such as MID, DBA, Volume, Transactions, Lead ID) and processor-specific data from the data source.
You can also enable additional columns such as Merchant Users and Assigned Users.
To view merchant users, click the briefcase icon on a merchant. The users will appear in a popup window.
Merchant Filtering
To filter your merchant report by processor, data source, group, user, or date range, click Merchant Filters at the top of the page.
