To view all your merchants and run different reports on merchant data go to Manage > Administration > Merchants > My Merchants.
The Viewing Merchants page will open up as shown in the below image:
The Viewing Merchants page contains the following reports:
- Totals by Card Type
- Portfolio Breakdown
- List of All Merchants
Totals by Card Type Report
The Totals by Card Type report provides you with the total value and the total number of transactions for each card type:
Portfolio Breakdown
The Portfolio Breakdown report provides a quick overview of the "Processing", "Not Processing", and "Closed" Merchants:
The "Processing" merchants are merchants who have a settled batch reported within the last 14 days.
The "Not Processing" merchants are merchants who do not have a settled batch reported within the last 14 days.
The "Closed" merchants are merchants who have been reported as closed by the processor, are deactivated, or are not enabled for processor reporting services.
List of All Merchants
The List of All Merchants report provides the basic information of your merchants, such as MID, Datasource, Merchant DBA, and others:
The report table may be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking on any of the column names. Clicking on a specific merchant in the report table will open the Merchant Details page for that merchant.
The table's options allow you to select the number of entries per page, to export the table to an XLS or a CSV file, to search for specific terms within the table, and also to add or remove table columns:
In order to add or remove table columns, click on the Gear icon in the top-right corner of the table, and check the columns that you wish to enable, and uncheck those that you wish to disable:
Report Filtering
The filter shown on the top of the Viewing Merchants page allows you to filter your report by selecting a specific processor, data source, group, user, and/or a date range:
After you've selected your filters click on the Refresh button, and all three reports will be refreshed and display the filtered data.
You may also apply an additional filter to your Merchants by clicking on the "Processing", "Not Processing", or "Closed" links in the Portfolio Breakdown pie chart legend.
For example, if you click on the "Not Processing" link, then the link will be greyed out, and the "Not Processing" merchants will be excluded from your report.
If you click on the link again, the "Not Processing" merchants will again be included in your report.
