The CRM's Administration page is where all of the site configuration and customization is done.
To open the Administration page click on the Manage link in the menu bar:
The Administration page opens and the menu bar changes to display the various administration categories that you can use:
Note: If you click on the arrow icon next to the Manage link, then the menu bar displays the management options that have been enabled for non-administrator users in the user class settings:
The Quick Access option near the top of the menu bar allows you to jump quickly to the most commonly used administrative options:
You can also use the Quick Access page to quickly locate an administrative option.
Simply begin typing the name of the function you're looking for and the page refreshes automatically to show all of the matching results:
