Overview
The Merchant Central mobile app allows partners, agents, and staff to access key CRM features directly from their mobile devices. With the app, users can monitor portfolio performance, manage merchants and leads, access helpdesk tickets, review residual reports, and make calls through the Power Dialer—all from a single mobile interface.
The mobile experience helps teams stay productive while on the go by providing quick access to important account data and actions without needing to log in to the desktop platform.
Prerequisites
- An active Merchant Central user account
- Your Merchant Central site domain
- Valid user login credentials
- An iOS or Android device
Installing the Merchant Central Mobile App
The Merchant Central app is available for both iOS and Android devices. Download the app using one of the links below:

Logging in to the App
Once the app is installed, open it and log in using your Merchant Central credentials.
To log in
- Open the Merchant Central mobile app.
- Enter your site domain.
- Enter your username and password.
- Tap Log In.
Navigating the Mobile App
Use the navigation options located at the bottom of the screen to switch between the main areas of the application.
Each section provides quick access to different Merchant Central features including performance metrics, merchant records, leads, tickets, and reporting tools.
Home Dashboard
The Home tab displays high-level performance insights including:
- Top performing agents
- Portfolio totals by card brand
- Approved account statistics for the trailing 12 months
Merchants
The Merchants section allows you to access and review merchant account information directly from the app.
Available merchant information includes
- Deposits
- Account status
- Memos
- Financial data
- Retrievals and chargebacks
- Additional merchant activity details
Leads
The Leads section allows you to manage and review leads based on their current status.
Viewing lead details
Tap on any lead to open the lead record and view additional details on the lead tabs.
Open the Web Forms tab to generate and manage your lead web forms.
Lead actions
Use the lead shortcuts to quickly perform common actions such as:
- Adding notes
- Scheduling appointments
- Updating lead information
- Viewing or archiving active web forms
Helpdesk
The Helpdesk section allows users to manage support tickets directly from the mobile app.
- View existing helpdesk tickets
- Filter tickets by status or criteria
- Create new support tickets
Creating a new ticket
To create a new helpdesk ticket, open the Helpdesk section and select the option to add a new ticket.
Residuals
The Residuals section provides access to processor residual reports within the mobile app.
You can filter residual data by processor, date range, or other available criteria.
Viewing processor merchant reports
Tap on any processor to open a merchant-level summary for that processor.
Dialer
The Dialer feature allows users to make and receive calls using the built-in Power Dialer.

Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of the app to access additional options.
