- Users can now open a specific CRM page, create a new task, add a lead note, and perform a number of other operations using speech commands. (12399)
- Your CRM is now integrated with Gmail. All inbound and outbound emails will appear in the CRM as new Lead Notes, including all email attachments and inline images. Additionally, your CRM is able to accept direct emails to internal email addresses like support@isoabc.com for Helpdesk Ticket creation and/or comments. Replies sent to these emails will have the responses posted directly to the corresponding ticket.
