- The Speech Recognition feature now enables users to enter notes by speaking into a microphone. The feature is available on Lead notes, Merchant Profile notes, Helpdesk Tickets, and Quick Emails. (10728)
- A new date/time parser now enables users to create Calendar events by typing common phrases such as "Next Monday" and "Tomorrow" in the Calendar date field. If the entered phrase is recognized, it will be automatically converted to the correct date & time. The date/time parser is available on Lead events, Helpdesk ticket tasks, Calendar appointments and tasks, and when Scheduling/Rescheduling emails. (9738)
- Lead notes now have a Note Filter and the ability to pin and un-pin notes on the top of the list (previously called 'Sticky'). (12104)

- When assigning users to merchants using the Merchant Importer, the leads linked to those merchants will have the same users assigned. (11781)
- Several improvements have been added in the Merchant Importer including a new progress bar for imports in progress, the ability to update the Data Source for existing merchants, automatic disabling of the fields on the mapping page after the "Save & Continue" button is clicked, and label/notification text changes. - An issue with slow loading of the TurboApp has been resolved. (12339)
- The Lead Overview widget on the Home Page now shows the correct number of Merchants when one of the cells in the report tables is clicked. (12043)
- A new processor option was added for the Vantiv TurboApp processor to specify the "App Version". (12105)
- The Select Sales Rep drop-down in the Application Options dialog in the First Data Retail TurboApp now loads the reps correctly. (12264)

- Apostrophes in the Merchant Name/DBA fields in a Lead no longer cause the text to be truncated in the Subject of an email sent for or from the lead. (11985)
- The "View More" link in the Calendar now shows all events correctly when there are more than 10 events in the Day view. (11958)
- The search feature on the Manage Unassigned Leads page now supports search by Lead dropdown items and search by Lead checkboxes. Any subsequent searches performed on the page will refresh only the report table and not the entire page. (12120)
- The annual volume and average ticket values entered in TurboApp are now being validated so as to not exceed the maximum allowed values. (12016)
