- Your CRM is now integrated with Microsoft Outlook For Office 365 Calendar. Your Outlook events can now automatically pull in important Lead information from the CRM including the Lead’s contact person, phone, address and the Lead URL. When it’s time to update an appointment or a task with additional information, you can do so right inside Outlook and the information that you add will appear in the CRM automatically as a new Note. - Users now have the ability to enable and configure pop-up reminders for Tasks and Appointments. (11357)
- The CRM introduces integration with TSYS for merchant portfolio reporting. TSYS ISOs can now view monthly merchant information, rate updates, and daily batches. (8280)

- While managing fields on the Account Status Sections Customization page, the "Back to Account Status Sections" now correctly takes to user back to tab they were working on previously, instead of the first tab. (11344)

- If a chat is initiated by a merchant then the merchant's MID and DBA information will be displayed in the chat window. (11488)
- When a new line item is being added on the Manage Line Items page and the "Schedule repeating line item" check box is selected, then the Month and the Year drop-down menus at the top of the dialog box will be automatically grayed out (as the "Start Date" drop-down is used instead). (10816)
