The Exports Logs page shows information on what data has been exported from your system including who performed the export and when. To open your Export Logs page to go Manage > Administration > Logs > Exports.
The Export Logs display information on the export date, the user who performed the export, the IP address used, the name of the Table or Report which was exported, the export format and the URI Params used at the time of export:
If no URI Params are listed in the report, then this implies that the user exported the entire Table or the entire Report shown in the Table/Report column.
On the other hand, if the URI Params are listed in the report, then you can use those params to learn what the date range was that the data was exported in, or to locate the specific merchant whose data was exported.
For example, in the below image we can see that a user exported data from the Portfolio Activity page and that the date range of the exported data was between 2017-04-21 and 2017-04-26:
In the second example below, we can see that a user exported data from the Financials_Daily merchant report or table, and we can find which merchant it was by using the Merchant ID shown here as the first parameter in the URI Params:
The remaining 4 parameters in the above example show the year, month, date and export type respectively.
Note: If needed, you can disable the Export button for selected user classes in the user class permissions:
