The Copy button allows you to copy a set of lead fields to another set of lead fields quickly.
For example, you can add a Copy button on your lead to copy the DBA Address fields to the Corporate Address fields:
To add the Copy button, navigate to Manage > Administration > Leads > Manage Lead Fields, locate the tab on which the fields are located, and click Add/Remove Fields:
Locate the field to which the Copy button will be appended and click Edit Field.
In the field settings dialog click Options, select the Copy Button checkbox, enter a label for the button (eg. Copy DBA Address), and then select the Copy From and Copy To field pairs:
Save your changes and refresh the lead to see and new button.
We recommend that you test the Copy button once by entering some info into the Copy From fields, and then making sure the fields are copied correctly to the Copy To fields when you click on the Copy button.
