To manage your CRM leads open the My Leads page from the menu bar:
On the top of the page there is a quick lead report that shows the number of leads in various categories such as Unassigned Leads, New Leads, and others:
Click on any shortcut in the report to view the leads in that category.
For example, to view all of the unassigned leads in our example simply click the Unassigned Leads shortcut, and the lead list refreshes automatically to show the 186 unassigned leads.
The leads are shown in expandable accordions where each accordion represents one status state. To view or manage leads in a specific status state simple expand that accordion:
You can filter your leads further using the advanced filters on the right side of the page:
As you apply one of the filters the report refreshes automatically to show the required leads.
For example, if we select the 'Chicago' group in the filter, the lead report refreshes automatically to show the 5 unassigned leads in the 'Chicago' group:
If you frequently use the same set of filters to work your leads, you can save the filters as a new view so as to avoid having to select all of the filters each time:
For example, here we created a new view called 'Chicago Clover' which automatically filters the leads by the 'Chicago' group and the 'Clover Marketing' campaign:
To manage a large number of leads you can also switch to the Table view:
The table view enables you to select leads en-masse (using the checkboxes on the left side of the table) and perform mass actions such as sending mass emails or creating call queues using the Actions button:
For more information on the mass actions please see these topics:
