The Global Search field allows you to quickly find specific accounts, leads, tickets, or documents—no matter where you are in your CRM. You'll find it at the top of every page.
Quick Access to Recent Items
Clicking on the Global Search field displays a dropdown list of your most recently viewed merchants, leads, tickets, and documents. For leads and merchants, you’ll also see their MID and Lead ID for easy reference.
Typing to Search
Begin typing any keyword or phrase into the search box. Once you’ve entered at least three letters, the system will begin showing relevant results based on your saved data.
Results are grouped into the following categories:
- Merchants
- Leads
- Tickets
- Documents

Expanding and Viewing All Results
At the bottom of each section, you’ll see:
- View More – expands the section to show additional results.
- View All – opens a new page with detailed filtering options.
Examples:

View All under Merchants takes you to the My Merchants page for detailed search results.

View All under Leads opens the My Leads page, where you can use the right-hand panel to further refine your search.
Filtering by Category
To narrow your search:
- Click the dropdown menu to the left of the Global Search field.
- Choose a category: Merchants, Leads, Tickets, or Documents.
- For Merchants, Leads, and Tickets, additional filters will appear to help refine your results.
Using Voice Search
You can also search using your voice:
- Click the microphone icon next to the Global Search field.
- Say “Search [your term]” (e.g., “Search auto”).
The system will automatically populate the search field and display matching results.
To view available voice commands:
- Click the microphone icon and say Help.
Note: On your first use, your browser will prompt you to allow microphone access. Click Allow to enable the voice search feature.
