ISOs can enable the iQ Portal integration to automatically retrieve Worldpay merchants' account information, retrievals, chargebacks, and statements on a daily basis. 

In addition to the Vantiv IQ Portal data source, your CRM also retrieves the merchants' deposits automatically from the eMAF feeds.

To enable the iQ Portal integration on your site, begin by creating a new user in the portal with the "Basic Administrator" role. You will need to set the user up with a password and 3 security questions and answers. 

You will also need to select the following options on the Application Access tab on the new user's settings page:

On the Special Functions tab, select the following options: 

Finally, to enable the PDF statement downloads in the CRM, enable the Merchant Statements options under the Report Access tab:

If using the Vantiv IQ login to retrieve residuals reports, the user must also have Partner Statements access. See the iQ Residuals post for more info on that feature.

With the new user created, navigate to Manage > Administration > Processors > Processor Settings. If you already have a Vantiv-type datasource, click Edit Processor on that row, then pick the New Datasource option. The iQ datasource will supplement the existing Vantiv connection that supplies batches and transactions. If you do not yet have the Vantiv datasource configured, click Add New Processor.

In either case, you'll select New Datasource, pick Worldpay as the Type, enter the user credentials, and select the security questions and enter the answers:

After entering the info, click Link, then click Create/Save.

Click Edit Datasource for the Vantiv-type datasource and set the Worldpay datasource as Secondary. This tells the system that the Worldpay info will be supplementing the Vantiv connection.

Once the datasources are configured, go to Manage > Administration > Site Options > Scheduled Tasks and add the tasks to pull in info.

Worldpay - Update Password 5am on 7th and 22nd each month

Worldpay - Import Merchants 6am daily

Worldpay - Account Information 6:30am daily

Worldpay - Chargebacks & Retrievals 7am daily

Worldpay - Statements 8am daily

Worldpay - Residuals 7:30am monthly on day 15
