The Manage North Hierarchy page allows you to add bank codes, banks, and agents in the Fiserv North hierarchy.

You can open the page by navigating to Manage > TurboApp > First Data North Hierarchy:

To add a new bank code on the page click the Add Bank Code button, enter the bank code and name, and click Save:

Once the code has been added, click the Add Bank button to add a new bank. Enter the bank number and name, select the data source, and click Save:

Finally, click the Add Agent button to add a new agent to the bank. 

Enter the agent's code, the agent's name and bank FIID (optional), and click Save:

Your new agent is now saved and displayed in the agent list:

To add multiple agents click the Import Agents button and enter the agent codes and names (separated by a space or tab character). 

When you're done, click Analyze List and complete the import using the Import Selected Agents button:
