Overview
The Repay integration allows accounts to be boarded to Repay using TurboApp in Merchant Central. This integration can also support boarding to the TSYS Frontend when enabled during setup.
Using Repay boarding helps partners streamline merchant onboarding, reduce manual entry, and configure processor-specific values directly in Merchant Central.
Once enabled, partners can create the Repay processor, configure the TurboApp Boarding API, manage sales reps and sort codes, and optionally set default values for future applications.
Prerequisites
Before setting up Repay boarding, make sure you have:
- Access to Merchant Central with permission to manage processors and TurboApp settings.
- The Repay login, password, and any other required processor credentials.
- The REPAY_BOARDING feature flag enabled on your Merchant Central site (contact support to enable).
Navigating to Repay boarding setup
Repay boarding setup is completed in multiple areas of Merchant Central:
- To create the Repay processor, navigate to Manage → Processors → Processor Settings.
- To configure the TurboApp Boarding API, navigate to Manage → TurboApp → Boarding APIs.
- To configure optional default values, navigate to Manage → TurboApp → Default Values.
How does Repay boarding work?
Repay boarding connects Merchant Central, TurboApp, and the Repay processor so partners can submit merchant account information through a configured Boarding API.
Partners and their staff configure the processor, credentials, sort codes, sales reps, and default values in Merchant Central. When a merchant account is boarded through TurboApp, Merchant Central uses the configured Repay Boarding API settings to send the applicable account data to Repay.
If TSYS Frontend boarding is enabled, the setup can also support boarding to the TSYS Frontend as part of the Repay configuration.
