Fixes & Improvements
September
- Fixed TurboApp processor dropdowns and lists, including the new application page, Board Merchant dialog, Default Values filter, and Lead Fields mapping page, so they now follow the processor order an admin sets on the Boarding APIs page instead of a fixed internal order. (MTB4-1021)
- Fixed E-Sign links on mobile phones so the agreement now loads by itself instead of getting stuck on the "Loading document..." screen. (MSU4-880)
- Fixed Fiserv TurboApp boarding so applications that come back from Fiserv as "Partially Boarded" are now treated as approved instead of being silently skipped. (MTB4-948)
- Fixed a problem where a lead's MID field wasn't filled in automatically after a TurboApp application was approved and the merchant account was created, so the new merchant's MID now appears on the lead when the field is empty, and any MID already on the lead stays as it is. (CRM4-746)
- Added the "Valorpay BP GTW RC SRS" software option to the Buypass Software dropdown in Fiserv North TurboApp boarding, so merchants can now select and board with it across all five supported industry types, with OWNS billing and the required equipment features already set up. (MTB4-946)
- The "Show Only Initial Records" filter on the Dispute Reporting page now uses the same TSYS rules as the Merchant Account Chargebacks tab to hide duplicate chargeback records, and the page loads quickly even for large portfolios. (RAR4-713)
- Fixed the 405 "Invalid email provided" error on the E-sign generate API, which now accepts explicit recipients by email address or lead field ID, the same way the send endpoint does. (MSU4-822)
- Fixed a Web Form editor problem where forms with leftover legacy copy-button settings showed a "Please check validation errors." message and couldn't be saved. (MSU4-792)
- Updated Fiserv North TurboApp so that Zone, Location and Approximate Square Footage now start blank and are only required when Site Visitation is set to Completed, which matches the Fiserv specification and AccessOne. (MTB4-908)
- Fixed the Sales Agent ID field in Fiserv North TurboApp so it keeps the casing the user types, both on screen and in what gets sent, instead of turning it into all uppercase, which had caused "Sales Agent ID is invalid" errors. (MTB4-904)
- Fixed the Lead History Activity Log so updates made through a Web Form now show the source as Web Form, matching the Field Revisions log, instead of showing User or System. (MSU4-785)
- Fixed an E-Sign issue that broke Date fields, along with some regular fields, in generated documents. (MSU4-783)
- Fixed TSYS auto-boarding for merchants using Amex ESA by setting the Amex ACH Attribute to "N - No Ach" automatically, so TSYS no longer rejects these applications during one-click boarding. (MTB4-892)
- Fixed the North API Batches & Transactions task, which failed with an "Unknown Transaction Card Type" error when the North API returned a card type that wasn't in the mapping. (RAR4-634)
- Fixed E-Sign calculations for bundles, which stopped working because the PDF tool turned field names containing dots into nested structures that broke Adobe's calculation logic. (MSU4-771)
- Fixed scheduled reports that showed as expired right after they were created when the filter's owner was inactive: users now get a message saying they can't schedule reports for filters owned by inactive users. (CRM4-652)
- Fixed missing call recordings for inbound calls answered in the mobile app (and direct calls answered in the browser): a back-end argument-order bug had marked these calls "do not record," so they never got linked to a recording in Dialer Activity. (CRM4-585)
- Manage Sales Reps now checks Fiserv First Data North Sales Rep IDs when they're entered and only accepts letters and numbers, up to 12 characters, preventing invalid IDs from causing boarding failures. (MTB4-849)
- E-Sign now blocks deletion of an application that's part of a bundle, and a warning modal lists the bundles that the applications is used in. (MSU4-649)
August
- Added Record Set support to Excel exports in Advanced Reports, so each Record Set included in a report now gets its own sheet in the workbook next to the main report sheet, while CSV exports stay the same. (CRM4-494)
- Updated the E-Sign status trigger for status change and status age triggers so it now emails the contact an E-Sign link using the selected document's email template. (CRM4-498)
- Fixed an issue in Residuals Summary View where picking a processor filter after choosing a past period reset the view to the current month. (RAR4-545)
- Fixed a date format mismatch where dates submitted through web forms, both public links and forms sent from a lead, weren't saved in the lead field's set format. (MSU4-712)

- Fixed the E-sign Manage Applications page, which stopped showing applications and had no working buttons when an application name ended in a backslash. (MSU4-784)
- Fixed a Lead Math issue where the Save Lead button turned back on after refreshing the page, even when the lead had just been saved and nothing had changed. (CRM4-660)
