Min/Max Values for Pricing Templates
Fields that are updated by a Pricing Template can have a Minimum and Maximum value set, which will affect what can be entered in the lead or web form where that Pricing Template is selected.

Web Form Password Protection
Web forms can now be password protected using any secure lead field as the password. This applies only to web forms generated from a lead and is not supported for public forms.

Group-Based Web Form Config Access
With the new "Manage Web Forms by Group" user-class permission, you can limit users to managing only the web forms associated with their own user groups.

Group-Based E-Sign Config Access
E-sign docs can now be organized and restricted by group. When the “Manage E-Sign PDFs & Mappings by Group” permission is enabled users can manage and access only the e-sign documents assigned to their groups.

Web Form Dependency Warning
When you attempt to delete a lead field that is used on one or more web forms, a new warning message is displayed listing the affected web forms.
If the field is deleted, the web form will show a placeholder field, which can be removed manually.

Secure Access to In-Progress Web Forms
Saved web forms are now protected from accidental data loss. Once a client saves a form, the original link is disabled—opening it will display a warning, and proceeding will erase the saved data. To safely continue, use Resend Link to send the correct saved-form link to the client.
For internal access, admins can enable the WEB_FORM_ACCESS_IN_PROGRESS_FORM feature flag. This allows sales reps to open saved forms in edit mode directly from the Open Form action. Each access generates a secure, unique link valid for 12 hours.

Business Capital
With Business Capital, Merchant Central now offers embedded lending that delivers pre-approved funding offers directly to merchants—no applications or credit checks required.
Offers are based on anonymized sales data, fund quickly (typically within 24–48 hours), and are repaid automatically through a percentage of daily sales with a single fixed fee. ISOs earn commission on every funded loan, while underwriting, funding, and servicing are fully handled by the lending provider.
Business Capital is available in beta and must be enabled by Support.

User Hierarchy in Search and Filters
User Hierarchy search enhances lead and merchant filtering by letting you include a user’s direct reports or entire reporting hierarchy in a single search.
Available wherever you filter by assigned user, this feature simplifies team-based searches, provides flexible scope control (selected users, direct reports, or all reports), and adds a visual, collapsible hierarchy on the User Settings page.

Elavon Boarding Integration
The Elavon Boarding Integration is now available in closed beta, enabling direct merchant boarding with Elavon. Once the feature is enabled by Merchant Central Support, you can add Elavon as a processor with a dedicated data source and configure the TurboApp Boarding API.
This setup allows you to test credentials, manage default groups and sales reps, and streamline merchant onboarding through an integrated boarding workflow.

Currency Conversion
Residuals reporting now supports multi-currency conversion in beta. While USD remains the default, you can select a different currency when importing residuals, and the system will automatically recalculate amounts using the exchange rate set for that residuals month.
Exchange rates are managed in the new Currency Exchange Rates page, where authorized users can add, edit, view history, and manage monthly rates. Currently, CAD and AUD are supported, rates are managed manually, and access must be enabled by Support.

Residuals Report Column Configuration
You now have full control over how residual data is displayed and exported. The new Column Configuration feature lets you reorder columns, manage which columns appear in reports versus exports, and show or hide fields by user, group, or user class.
This makes it easy to tailor residuals views for different audiences, reduce clutter, and ensure teams see the data that matters most to them.

Lead Field Thresholds
You can now set minimum and maximum allowed values on lead number fields. The values can be configured individually for each user class or user group.

Lead Sections
A new lead tab type called Sections allows specific fields to be grouped and displayed only when needed, such as for selecting a pricing type, or enabling a product or service.
