- The CRM Dialer now supports the Whisper and Barge In functionality, enabling managers to join in on the sales rep's calls in Whisper mode (only the sales rep can hear the manager) or the Barge In mode (both the sales rep and the merchant can hear the manager). (14065)

- The Lead field creation and editing functions no longer require the page to refresh, enabling faster editing. Also, a new option is available which enables automatic opening of the new field dialog once the previous field is saved. (14014)

- If a user has unsaved changes on a Lead and tries to navigate to a different page, the 'Stay' button (in the "Leave or Stay" confirmation popup) no longer opens the new page, but it keeps the user on the same page. (14040)
- If an E-signature application can't be generated due to the lead email address being incorrect, a new error message will be shown displaying the incorrect email. (14044)
- A user who doesn't have the Label Permission to download a document will now also not be able to email the document from the Lead either. (13713)
- When a Priority Payment TurboApp is approved and a merchant is created, the merchant will be linked to a Priority Datasource. (14097)
