- The Email Templates and Lead Quick Email now come with a Preview Text field which enables ISOs to show custom email preview texts in the recipients' mailboxes. Using the email Preview Text can increase the chances of the email being opened by potential customers. (13135)
- Your CRM now supports the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Integration. SIP is a standardized communications protocol that has been widely adopted for managing multimedia communication sessions for voice and video calls. (9729)
