The Sales Metrics page provides summary information on your team's sales activities. To open the Sales Metrics page go to Leads > Sales Metrics:
To view a report on specific Groups, User Classes or Users select them in the provided filter boxes. The report's default setting is to include everything:
When you click on any of the filter boxes, a drop-down pick list will appear allowing you to select the required items:
Next, select a time range for your report. The Viewing drop-down menu allows you to select a pre-defined time range. Once you've selected a range the report will refresh automatically and show your sales metrics data:
Alternatively, you can also enter a specific time and date range, and then click the Search button:
Once your report is loaded, it will show the following metrics for each user:
- Talk Time
- Notes Added
- Lead Updates
- Status Updates
- Tasks Set
- SMS Sent (Received)
- Emails Sent (Read)
- Appointments Set
- Appointments Seen
- New Accounts

To view sales metrics for just one specific user on the report, click on the user's name and the report will refresh and show only the data for that user:
