Lead Status Management v2

There's a new experience in lead status management, which consolidates the two-page experience into one page and allows for updating the statuses across multiple groups at once.

TSYS FSP One-Click Boarding & Auto Boarding

One-Click Boarding is now available for TSYS FSP TurboApp, including the ability to auto board merchants using status triggers. 

One-Click boarding utilizes Boarding Profiles and Equipment Templates to ensure that all of the special information that doesn't come from a lead is entered and submitted from TurboApp to the processor. To make the process even faster, merchants can be boarded to TSYS FSP TurboApp automatically when a lead is moved into a selected status state.

Lead Field Thresholds

You can now set minimum and maximum allowed values on lead number fields. The values can be configured individually for each user class or user group.

Lead Sections

A new lead tab type called Sections allows specific fields to be grouped and displayed only when needed, such as for selecting a pricing type, or enabling a product or service.

Residuals Historical Visibility Protection

When reassigning merchants to another user, previous calculations and those in the future can be limited to the user(s) who need to see them based on when their relationship with the accounts started or ended.
