Equipment Template fields showing numeric IDs in auto-generated Helpdesk tickets has been fixed. This occurred after switching the field type from Dropdown, causing numeric IDs to display instead of equipment names. (CRM4-55)

Lead page Bank Name autofill field crash when entering a routing number has been resolved. (CRM4-73)
Helpdesk notification emails sent to users without the HELP_DESK_NOTIFICATIONS permission has been fixed. (CRM4-135)
Date fields not accepting dates older than 1900 has been resolved. (CRM4-74)

Dialer call recordings being deleted from Twilio after retrieval can now be prevented using a new flag that keeps recordings after they are pulled into Merchant Central. (CRM4-48)
Merchant Profile tab displaying stale or deleted web form share values has been fixed. The issue previously caused form generation errors after a form was deleted. (MSU4-146)
Edit Category popup UI issue on the Manage Status States page has been resolved. (CRM4-75)
