- Fixed an issue where ticket types could not be deleted or deactivated due to orphaned lead status ticket templates by cleaning up those template references when a lead status is removed. (CRM4-353)

- Fixed an issue where TSYS ACH deposit records with the same reference number and effective date were not imported by updating duplicate detection to also account for fund cycle and processing date. (RAR4-330)

- Fixed inaccurate TSYS Omaha and Wholesale average ticket values by correcting truncation in average ticket and transaction calculations. (MTB4-458)
- Fixed an issue where ticket type changes could shorten the expected SLA due date by ensuring the ticket type change modal calculates and saves the correct SLA-based due date across timezones. (CRM4-316)
- Fixed an issue where email opened notifications displayed the wrong time by ensuring the timestamp reflects the recipient user’s configured timezone. (CRM4-314)
- Fixed an issue where Netevia chargeback report imports failed on XML records with empty DateWarehouse values by allowing valid empty dates to parse without errors while preserving duplicate handling. (RAR4-309)
- Updated V1 residual template pages to support applying, editing, and bulk assigning residual templates across a 10-year historical range back to 2016. (RAR4-308)
- Fixed a timezone mismatch in scheduled Advanced Reports so PST users now see saved report times correctly and reports run at the expected scheduled time. (CRM4-296)

- Added a 10,000-record export limit for Chargebacks and Retrievals CSV/XLS exports to prevent failures from excessive data volume, with friendlier error handling for memory-related issues. (MSU4-423)
- Enabled advanced password validation across client sites and added clear error messaging when users attempt to reuse a previous password. (CRM4-273)
- Fixed E-Sign notification links so “Review & Import Data” now uses the lead group’s custom domain when configured, and falls back to the system URL when no custom domain is set. (MSU4-364)
- Fixed TSYS TurboApp fee mappings so same-named fees from different banks display separately with bank suffixes and transfer the correct bank-specific values when boarding a Lead. (MTB4-397)
- Fixed a password reset issue where legacy non-Bcrypt password history entries caused reset attempts to fail. (CRM4-317)

- Improved Daily Batches and Deposits by fixing small-screen layout spacing, showing a proper loading state while deposit data loads, and displaying the GraphQL-provided error when export date ranges exceed one year. (MSU4-361)
- Fixed the Home Page “Last Viewed Merchants” widget so its Users dropdown now follows the same user-access logic as the Merchants page filters. (CRM4-261)
- Fixed password expiration emails so group logos render as images instead of displaying raw HTML in the email body. (CRM4-252)
- Fixed TurboApp and One-Click NMI boarding so merchant website URLs are correctly read from stored TurboApp data, normalized to lowercase, and transmitted to the gateway instead of being sent empty. (MTB4-293)

- Released Android app version 1.7.3 with crash fixes for inbound call handling and provided Samsung device setting guidance to prevent battery or notification restrictions from blocking call alerts. (CRM4-177)
- Updated Fiserv North boarding equipment options by adding WizarPOS Paywiz1.0 SrsSs and Verifone GLB Pymt GTW RC software, removing outdated software entries, and validating the new selections in TurboApp defaults, XML payloads, and application submissions. (MTB4-157)
- Updated Fiserv North boarding to display the newly released DMS/SMS Other Fees codes, apply revised fee descriptions and max values, and include the new fees in TurboApp default values, mappings, validation payloads, and submissions. (MTB4-19)
