- The CRM now features a new integration with the NMI payment gateway that includes support for Chase Paymentech Tampa, Elavon, First Data Nashville, First Data Omaha, TSYS, and Worldpay networks. (31955)
- The new Automated Helpdesk Ticket Workflows feature now enables ISOs to create Helpdesk tickets automatically based on where a lead is in the sales funnel, or how long a merchant has been live. By creating tickets automatically using Lead Status Age and State Triggers, users no longer have to create them manually for key stages of your workflows. (27344)
