To view your Paya ACH transaction history navigate to Manage > Administration > Payments & Invoices > Paya ACH History.

The ACH History page shows three reports including the Confirmed Transactions, Transaction History, and the Transaction Statistics: 

You can use the filters on top of each report to find specific transactions quickly:

Confirmed Transactions

The Confirmed Transactions report shows a list of unprocessed transactions in the queue:

While the transactions are in the queue you can void or update them:

If you void a transaction it will be canceled immediately: 

If you update a transaction, then the current transaction will be voided and a new transaction will be automatically created in its place:

Transaction History

The Transaction History report shows a list of processed, voided, or failed transactions: 

To view the notes associated with transactions select the Show Notes checkbox in the report header. 

Transaction Statistics

The Transaction Statistics report shows the number of payments and collections for each ACH profile, including the total credit and debit amounts:
