Your CRM allows you to store the bank information of your users or businesses in Paya ACH Profiles, and then use those profiles to make payments or collections.
ACH transactions are made by selecting one or more profiles, selecting the transaction type (payment or collection), and adding the amounts for each transaction.
Confirmed transactions are then sent to a queue from where they will be processed with the next processing run.
To use ACH Profiles for payments and collections first add one or more Paya ACH Gateways in your CRM. More info: Paya ACH Integration Guide.
Once the Paya ACH Gateways are configured, add Payments permissions for the appropriate user classes:
Enabled users can now start adding new Paya ACH Profiles and making transactions.
Adding a New Profile
To add a new ACH profile navigate to Manage > Administration > Payments & Invoices > Paya ACH Profiles and click Add New Profile:
A popup window will appear as shown in the below screenshot. You can now configure the new profile and when finished click Add:
Note: Paya only allows transactions to and from US bank accounts.
The saved profiles are shown in the profile report from where you can edit or disable selected profiles, as well as make payment or collections:
Making a Payment or a Collection
To make a payment or a collection, select the Pay checkbox on one or more profiles and click the Review Transactions button:
On the next page, enter the transaction amount and select the transaction type (Payment or Collection) for each selected profile. You can also optionally add transaction notes.
When finished, click Confirm Transactions:
Your transactions will now be queued for processing:
You can check on the status of your transactions on the Paya ACH History page. Transactions that have not yet been processed can be voided or updated.
If you select multiple profiles for processing a payment or a collection and then decide that some of those profiles will not be needed, then you can exclude such profiles by selecting the Ignore checkboxes:
Excluded profiles will be automatically greyed out and will not be processed for payment after you press Confirm Transactions.
Note that you can also make ACH payments and collections from the lead.

Viewing the ACH Transaction History
To view your ACH transaction history click on the View Transaction History button shown below the ACH profiles report:
You can also access the ACH transaction history by navigating to Manage > Administration > Payments & Invoices > Paya ACH History.
