To view your residuals reports click on the Residuals option in the top navigation menu:
The Residuals Reports page will open as shown in the below example image. The page shows three types of reports including:
- One or More Imported Processor Reports
- Line Items (Additions and Deductions)
- Grand Total report
Within each report table you'll find the standard options for showing the selected number of entries per page, exporting the table to an XLS or CSV file, or searching the table's content:
On top of the Reports Residuals page you'll find three buttons which allow you to Import Residuals, manage your residuals templates and splits, or to export all of the reports shown on the page to an XLS or a CSV file:
Report Views
By default, the Reports Residuals page shows the House View reports (reports across your entire portfolio) for the current month, but depending on what your user class is, you may see a different view on this page.
For example, an Administrator user will be able to see the House View and the House Net income, a Manager user will see the Manager’s Net income, and an Agent will see a view with the Agent’s Net income.
In this way, each user will see precisely the information that they need by default.
If you have access to different views, then you may use the report filter on top of the page to select a different view and month/year:
After you've selected the desired view and month/year, click Refresh and the page will reload to show the updated data.
To view the user payout detail, hover over the user icon in the Users column:
The Summary View option allows you to view reports by sorted by Sales Groups:
If you also check the Grand Totals checkbox, then you will see a single Grand Totals report for all of the groups combined:
In both cases, you can filter the report further by checking or unchecking the processors and the line items that should be included or excluded from the report:
Finally, you may also view reports for specific users, by selecting the appropriate user in the report filter:
Imported Processor Reports
The Residuals Page shows one report table for each processor report that has been imported into your CRM.
Each report table includes three tabs, the Summary tab, the Details tab, and the Profitability tab.
Here is an example of a processor report:
The Summary tab shows the summary information for each merchant. The information is generated automatically based on the data pulled from the imported processor report and the user splits that have been created for each merchant.
The Details tab shows the original information from the imported processor report:
The Profitability tab shows the processor's profitability report. For more information on merchant and processor profitability please see our article on Merchant Residuals Profitability.
Line Item Reports
The Line Items report is shown in two tables – one for Additions and the other for Deductions:
If needed, you can also add a new line item right in the report by clicking the Add Line Item button:
For more information on managing line items please see our article on Line Items.
Grand Total Report
The Grand Total report shows the aggregate sums of all residuals reports:
