The Merchant Details page shows a list of existing TSYS Equipment and Software V#s in the Account Status tab, within the Equipment accordion:

 

 

The list is updated every day. If needed, you can also refresh the list manually by clicking on the Refresh VARs button:

 

 

From the Equipment accordion, you can also add new equipment, or edit and copy existing equipment. 

 

Add New Equipment

To add new equipment click on the Add Equipment button:

 

 

A new Helpdesk ticket is now launched with the TSYS - Add Equipment (Auto) type.

Select users to notify and click Add Ticket:

 

 

On the next page select the equipment options, and submit the request:

 

 

 

The status of the TSYS command is displayed in the ticket's comments section:

 

 

View VAR Information

To view more detail on the VAR click on the view icon in the Actions column:

 

 

A popup window now appears showing the VAR detail:

 

 

Update Equipment

To update existing equipment simply click on the pencil icon in the Actions column:

 

 

A new Helpdesk ticket is now launched with the TSYS - Update Equipment (Auto) type.

Select users to notify and click Add Ticket:

 

 

A new page now opens as shown in the below screenshot.

While editing the configuration settings of a specific V#, you can choose to apply the same edits to multiple existing V#s using checkboxes.

 

 

After you finish making your edits submit the request and the status of the TSYS command will be displayed in the ticket's comments section:

 

 

If you have edited multiple V#s, then all of the configuration edits for multiple V# records are also automatically stored and notated in the ticket's comments.

 

 

Copy Equipment

To copy existing equipment simply click on the Copy button in the Actions column:

 

 

A new Helpdesk ticket is now launched with the TSYS - Copy Equipment (Auto) type, as shown in the below screenshot:

 

 

Enter the number of copies you wish to make, select users to notify, and add the ticket.

The copy equipment configuration wizard now opens up which allows you to configure each individual V# independently:

 

 

After you finish configuring the first V# copy, click the Continue button at the bottom of the page to move on to the next V#:

 

 

After you edit the final V#, click the Continue and Build Now button at the bottom of the page to create the new copies:

 

 

The status of the TSYS command will now again be displayed in the ticket's comments section, showing the status of each new V#.
