To export the PPM data log into the PPM portal and navigate to Actions > Expense Rate Group Search.
Leave the search criteria with the default options and click the Search button:
After the table loads, click the Export to Excel button to download the ERG list:
To download the pricing templates navigate to Actions > Pricing Template Search, leave the search criteria with the default options, and click the Search button.
The search results table will now show the available pricing templates and you can click on the name of a template to open it:
Once the template is opened, click the Download Pricing Detail XLS link under the gear icon to download the template:
