The CRM automatically pulls in the 1099K forms for all First Data North and First Data Omaha merchants with Business Track datasource every month.

If needed, the merchants can also pull the forms manually using the Scrape 1099K link on the Manage Merchant page:

While the forms are being pulled in is started a popup window will show scrape in progress:

Once completed, a success message is shown:

To view a retrieved form, open the 1099K tab on the Merchant Details page and click on the Open link for the year you wish to view:

The form is now shown in a preview window (from where you can download it if needed):
