Sometimes an ISO needs to be proactive in keeping track of important events that occur on First Data Omaha merchant accounts. Your CRM has a functionality, Deposit Exceptions, which will show you memos that may warrant a contact to the merchant or further attention.  

Note: to see memos on your First Data Omaha merchants, you must either be receiving the First Data File Gateway feed or use the AccessOne API.

The Deposit Exceptions page is located in the Tools menu. If there is a merchant with a memo that matches the deposit exceptions term, it will appear in this list.

This report can also be filtered by Group, User, and time period:

By default, the Deposit Exceptions are set up to track commonly used phrases and terms that come through on the Memo's section of a merchant account.
