Overview
Residuals Analytics provides dashboards for tracking residual income and performance trends across multiple processors. Administrators can monitor portfolio performance, identify trends and changes, and investigate the underlying data without manually comparing individual residual reports. Access is managed through user-class permissions.
- Income and payout trends: Compare residual income and payouts over time and review overall residual totals.
- Portfolio performance: Track key metrics, including merchant count, income, basis points (BPS), and net income.
- Merchant insights: Identify top merchants by processing volume or net income and analyze portfolio breakdowns by state and industry.
- Filters and report details: Adjust the default 12-month date range, apply additional filters, and open charts to view, search, or export their underlying data.
