Clearing your browser cache can help resolve a variety of issues you may occasionally encounter.

Google Chrome
Press Ctrl+Shift+Del keys on your keyboard (or Shift+Command+Delete on Mac), select the "Cached images and files" option and click CLEAR DATA.
Alternatively, you can also access Chrome's Clear Browsing Data dialog by entering the following path in your address bar: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData

Firefox
Press Ctrl+Shift+Del keys on your keyboard (or Shift+Command+Delete on Mac), select the Cache option and click Clear Now.
