Your CRM email history report is available on the Manage Email History page.
To access the page go to Manage > Administration > Email > Email History:
You can filter this report further by selecting a specific date range. Select the Date Range option in the Viewing drop-down, then select the From and To dates and click Filter:
Alternatively, you can also select one of the pre-defined time ranges and then again click on the Filter button:
Several additional actions are available in the report table header:
The available actions include:
- Limiting the number of entries shown per page
- Exporting the report to XLS, CSV or PDF format (or copying the report to clipboard)
- Filtering the emails further to show Sent, Queued or Failed emails
- Searching for specific phrases in the emails or within specific email fields (Subject, Message, To, From)
