Key Contacts allows ISOs to maintain important contacts for their organization in Merchant Central. Keeping these details up to date helps ensure the appropriate people can be contacted for billing, technical, support, and other business needs.
Navigating to Key Contacts
- Log in to Merchant Central.

Navigate to Manage → Users & Groups → Key Contacts.
How does Key Contacts work?
The Key Contacts page stores contact information for important roles within your ISO. Available contact types include:
- Primary Contact
- Support Contact
- Billing Contact
- Emergency Contact
- Risk Management Contact
- Technical Contact
- Marketing Contact
For each contact, you can provide a first name, last name, email address, and phone number.
