The Custom Properties feature enables you to tag your leads according to your needs and to automate common lead tasks. For example, when a user selects a custom property, the lead can be automatically assigned to pre-defined user(s), and specific leads fields can be filled in with pre-determined values. Custom properties add a whole new level of customization and automation to your lead page, helping you to manage your leads more efficiently. (MRE-149)

An issue with files shared with a lead from a Helpdesk ticket failing to show up on the lead has been resolved. (LAO-791)
A server error message received in the mobile app when a user updates the 'For' field in a helpdesk ticket has been resolved. (LAO-747)

An issue with users not being able to delete a ticket outcome when the outcome was selected on a deleted ticket has been resolved. (LAO-703)
Additional validation has been added on the lead page to ensure that a user selects a Note tab when posting new notes from a notification popup. (LAO-751)
The missing routing number for Triad Bank has been added to the Bank Name Autofill lead field. (LAO-796)
The time zone lead field now shows the appropriate time zone for the ZIP code received via a POST Token request. (LAO-556)
The "Valorpy" software option has been added for the CLSBPLUS manufacturer and model in the TSYS TurboApp. (PRB-909)
