With custom properties, you can:

Creating and Configuring Custom Properties
Custom properties appear as dropdown menus on the Details tab of a lead, allowing you to assign pricing, equipment, or other details required by your sales workflow.
Example: Creating a "Processor" Custom Property
In this example, we’ll create a custom property called 'Processor' and set it up with two processor options: Elavon and Fiserv.
Step 1: Create the Custom Property
- Navigate to Manage > Leads > Custom Properties.
- Click Add Custom Property.
- In the popup window, enter 'Processor' as the property name.
- Click Add Custom Field to begin adding fields that describe the new property.
- The custom field popup will appear as shown in the below image.
Use the popup window to add the following four fields to the Processor property:

The new fields are now shown in the Processor property. Click Save to finalize the setup.
- Your new property is now saved and you can manage it further using the shortcuts in the Action column:
Step 2: Add Values to the Custom Property
Now, we’ll add Elavon and Fiserv as selectable options within the Processor dropdown.
- Click the Add/Remove Values button for the Processor property.
- Enter Elavon as the processor name and fill in the four reference fields.
- Click Save.
- Repeat the steps above to add Fiserv.
Once added, both processors will appear in the Processor Values list, where you can manage them using the Actions column.
Tip: If you need to add multiple similar dropdown values (e.g., similar equipment models), you can use the Copy button in the Actions column to duplicate an existing value and modify it as needed.
Step 3: Viewing the Custom Property on a Lead
Now, when you open a lead, the Processor dropdown appears on the Details tab with Elavon and Fiserv as selectable options.
- Click the Info icon next to the dropdown to view the reference details saved for the selected processor.
- The pencil icon (visible only to administrators) allows you to edit the custom property settings.
Note: You can create up to five custom properties.
