The Datawire integration allows you to set up IP terminal builds for First Data merchants.
The builds are created by using the "Datawire" ticket type in the Helpdesk.
After entering the details and clicking Add Ticket, the system will communicate with Datawire, set it up, and resolve the ticket:
In the Resolved ticket, the comments show the details of the request:
To have this feature set up, send your Datawire username and password to the CRM Support.
