The Merchant Details page shows a list of existing TSYS Equipment and Software V#s in the Account Status tab, within the Equipment accordion:
The list is updated every day, and if needed you can also refresh the list by clicking on the Refresh VARs button.
Clicking on the Show VAR button will provide more detail on the VAR:

You can also add new equipment right from the Merchant Details page, by simply clicking on the Add Equipment button:
A new Helpdesk ticket is now launched with the TSYS - Add Equipment (Auto) type. Select users to notify and click Add Ticket:
On the next page you can now select the new equipment and submit the request:
A new Helpdesk ticket is now created and the comment section in the ticket shows the status of the TSYS command:
