The IRIS CRM app is available for your iOS and Android devices. Download the app from the links below:
Once you've installed the app, enter your site domain and user credentials to log in:
Use the options at the bottom of the screen to navigate between different areas of the app.
The first option is the Home option which displays the top performers, portfolio totals by card brand, and approved account stats for the trailing 12 months:
The Merchants option allows you to view merchant deposits, account status, memos, financial, retrievals & chargebacks, and more:
Use the Leads option to view leads in different status states:
Tap on any lead to view more detail:
Use the lead shortcuts to perform the usual lead actions such as adding a note or an appointment:
The Global Search field at the top of the screen allows you to find merchants or leads quickly:
Use the Helpdesk option to view or filter helpdesk tickets, or to add a new ticket:

Use the Residuals option to view residuals reports for your processors.
You can also filter the report by a specific processor, date, and other criteria.
Tap any processor to view a merchants report for that processor:
Use the Dialer option to make and receive calls through the Power Dialer:
