Your CRM enables you to easily customize your lead to suit your specific scenario, by adding custom tabs and fields.

You can add the following types of tabs to your lead:
- Record Set
- Helpdesk Tickets
- E-Apps (Echosign)
- Funding (Fundomate)
- Lead Recordings
- Primary Documents
- Primary Notes
- Custom Documents
- Custom Notes
Below are the descriptions of each type of tab.
This is the standard tab type.
A Record Set tab allows you to add multiple sets of data as needed. Using Record Sets is recommended in cases where you don't know ahead of time how many sets of data will be required for a lead.
As an example, here is a Record Set tab created for lead contacts. Note that you can add as many contacts as needed by clicking the Add New Contact button:
The Helpdesk Tickets tab allows you to view the lead's tickets and create new ones:
The E-Sign tab allows you to send form and agreements to your leads for E-Signature.

The Payments tab allows you to take credit card or ACH payments from your clients right from the lead. You can have only one Payments tab on the lead.

The Invoices tab allows you to create invoices for your clients and view the invoicing history. You can have only one Invoices tab on your lead.
The Recordings tab shows a list of the calls recorded with your lead.

The Primary Documents tab shows a list of documents you generated or uploaded to the lead. You can have only one Primary Documents tab on your lead.
The Primary Notes tab shows a list of notes added by the user as well as notes generated by the system. You can have only one Primary Notes tab on your lead.
The Custom Documents tab is similar to the Primary Documents tab, except that you can add as many Custom Document tabs as needed.
The Custom Notes tab is similar to the Primary Documents tab, except that you can add as many Custom Notes tabs as needed.
