The lead Attachments tab allows you to generate applications, upload documents, and email or delete attached files as needed:
To generate an application, select it from the application dropdown and click Generate. The new application will be downloaded automatically and also attached to the lead:
To upload one or more documents, click the Upload New Document(s) button:
You can now drag and drop files or click Browse to select files from your computer.
Additionally, you can select users to be notified about the new documents (or simply select "Notify All Assigned Users" in order to automatically notify all users assigned to the lead).
When finished, click Upload and your files will be saved:
You can use the attachment actions to delete or email an attachment from the lead:
To send multiple attachments by email, select the attachments, select the Email Files option, and hit the Apply For 'x' Files button:
A new email will launch with the attachments added to it.
If needed, you can now add additional attachments (both from the lead or from your computer) as well as remove attachments from the email:
To delete multiple attachments, select the attachments, select the Delete Files option, and hit the Apply For 'x' Files button:
In the confirmation popup which appears click Delete to confirm the deletion:
