The Paya ACH Profiles page provides you with the options for creating ACH user or business profiles and then making payments or collections with such profiles from within the CRM.
In order to use this feature, the Paya EFT integration must first be enabled. For more information on setting up Paya EFT integration please see our Paya EFT Integration Guide.
Adding a New Profile
To add a new ACH profile go to Manage > Administration > Residuals > Paya ACH Profiles, and click Add New Profile:
A popup window will appear on which you can enter and select the required ACH profile information.
After you've configured your new profile, click Add and the profile will be saved:
The saved ACH profiles are shown in the profiles report where you can view the information for each profile, and disable or edit selected profiles:
Making a Payment or a Collection
To make a payment or a collection, select the Pay checkbox on one or more profiles and click the Review Transactions button:
On the next page, enter the transaction amount, select the transaction type (Payment or Collection), and optionally enter a transaction note.
When finished, click Confirm Transactions and the transactions will be processed:
If you have selected multiple profiles for processing a payment or a collection, and decide that some of those profiles will not be needed after all, then you may select the Ignore checkboxes for all such profiles.
Each profile that you marked with the Ignore checkbox will be automatically greyed out and ignored after you press the Confirm Transactions button. Instead, only the unchecked profiles will be processed for payments or collections.
Viewing the ACH Transaction History
To view your ACH transaction history click on the View Transaction History button shown below the ACH profiles report:
You can also access the ACH transaction history by navigating to Manage > Administration > Residuals > Paya ACH History.
