Your CRM enables you to make payments or collections via Paya ACH Profiles which store the bank information for users or businesses.
You can make ACH transactions by simply selecting one or more ACH Profiles, selecting the transaction type (payment or collection), and adding the amount for each transaction.
In order to use ACH Profiles for payments and collections, the Paya EFT integration must first be enabled.
More info: Paya EFT Integration Guide.
After enabling the Paya EFT integration you will need to configure the payments permissions for the appropriate user classes:
Once the permissions have been set up, users can begin making new ACH profiles and transactions.
Adding a New Profile
To add a new ACH profile go to Manage > Administration > Residuals > Paya ACH Profiles, and click Add New Profile:
A popup window will appear where you can configure the profile:
The saved profiles are shown in the ACH Profiles report from where you can view, edit, or disable selected profiles, as well as make payment or collections:
Making a Payment or a Collection
To make a payment or a collection, select the Pay checkbox on one or more profiles and click the Review Transactions button:
On the next page, enter the transaction amount, select the transaction type (Payment or Collection), and optionally enter a transaction note.
When finished, click Confirm Transactions and the transactions will be processed:
If you select multiple profiles for processing a payment or a collection and then decide that some of those profiles will not be needed, then you can exclude such profiles by selecting the Ignore checkboxes:
Excluded profiles will be automatically greyed out and will not be processed for payment after you press Confirm Transactions.
ACH payments and collections can also be made from the lead.
